We make arrangements with you to collect the items you have hired. Typically this occurs the day before the event or at a pre-agreed time and date. All hire items are to be returned the following business day.
COLLECTION OF HIRE ITEMS
On confirmation of your quote, you will receive an invoice and hire contract from our team. Your booking in confirmed following this step and items will be prepared for your collection.
CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
You'll hear from us in the coming days to confirm availability of the items you have enquired after. We will then outline the collection process and send a quote. You can view our general hire terms and conditions here.
